winsdk wird seit fast 3 Jahren nicht mehr gepflegt; pywinrt ist der
aktive Nachfolger. Alle Paketnamen, Imports und Dependencies aktualisiert,
API gegen echte pywinrt-Installation auf Windows verifiziert.
